Custom Software & Automation

The tool youroff-the-shelf software can’t do.

Internal web apps built around how your team actually works, and automations that carry data between your systems so nobody has to copy and paste it.

Sound familiar? Here’s what we’d build.

Built carefully, shown early.

  • Off the shelf first

If an existing product does the job, we say so in the first reply, before anything is built.

  • See it before you pay more

Fixed price, paid 30, 40, 30. You see a working demo before the second payment.

  • Careful with money and bookings

Payments, prices and availability are checked on the server, not trusted from the browser.

  • Walked through, not just delivered

When it goes live, we walk your team through how it works and how to use it day to day.

Where it starts, fixed before we begin.

  • A fixed scope and price, agreed in writing
  • A working demo before the second payment
  • A walkthrough when it goes live

Every project gets its own fixed price in writing before work starts, paid 30, 40, 30. Bigger jobs cost more, and the first reply includes a rough price.

Custom Software & Automation

Custom Software

Optional care plan after launch: monitoring, fixes and small changes for A$150 to A$300 a month.

Questions we get asked.

Should we just buy something off the shelf?

Often, yes. If an existing product does the job, we will say so in the first reply. Custom work makes sense when the way you work is part of what sets you apart.

Why n8n for automation?

It can run on your own server, so costs do not climb with every task. If Zapier or Make already suit you, we build on those instead.

What happens after launch?

We walk you through it when it goes live. The optional care plan covers monitoring, fixes and small changes. Bigger changes are quoted as a new fixed-price piece of work.
