Who we are
True Theorem is a software consultancy working from Melbourne and Hong Kong. In this notice, “we” means True Theorem. You can reach us about anything here at hello@truetheorem.com.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us through the brief form or by email:
- your name, email address and, if you give them, your business name and WhatsApp number
- what you tell us about your project: the problem, the tools you use, timeline and rough budget
What we use it for
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and, if we work together, run the project. We do not sell your details, add you to a mailing list, or share them with anyone except the services below that make the site work.
Services that handle your data
- Cloudflare hosts this website. To protect the form from spam, Cloudflare Turnstile runs a quick check in your browser that uses technical signals such as your IP address and browser details. It does not use cookies to track you across sites.
- Brevo delivers the brief to our inbox and sends you a confirmation email.
These providers may process data outside Australia and Hong Kong, including in the United States. We chose them because they publish clear privacy and security commitments.
How long we keep it
If we do not end up working together, we delete your brief within 12 months. If we do, we keep project records for as long as we need them for the work and for tax and accounting records.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time, by emailing hello@truetheorem.com. We will reply in writing within three business days and act on it within 30 days. If you are not happy with how we have handled your details, tell us first. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner or, in Hong Kong, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data.
Changes
If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page and the date at the top.
